Rosemary is a Non-Executive Director HSBC (UK) plc, Intermediate Capital Group ( ICG)  plc and YouGov plc combing interests in Fintech, Data Analytics and AI. She currently advises and invests in a number of technology businesses in Europe and North America including Dun and Bradstreet where she is a member of the International Advisory Board and Motive Partners where she is a General Partner.  She is a Trustee of the National Gallery (London) where she Chairs the Digital Advisory Board and a Fellow at Harvard University’s Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society, focussed on AI and social responsibility and authoring a Chair/ NED course on Cybersecurity.

She has been the Chair of the World Economic Forum Global Agenda Council on the Future of Internet Security and is a Member of Raspberry Pi Foundation (overseeing commercial operations of Raspberry Pi), The Smith School of Business at Queen’s University Canada and previously at Wolfson College, Oxford and University of the Arts London. She is a regular attendee and contributor to TED and the World Economic Forum.

Rosemary has a background over the past 25 years in Finance, Principal Investment, Start-up creation and Sale in Europe, UK, Canada and USA. Originally Canadian, she splits her time between London and Boston.
