We are very happy to publish today the report about the visit Max and myself made to Kigali from 6th to 10th June 2011.

This report aims to build a global picture of the current mobile ecosystem in Rwanda and the potential for entrepreneurs to build businesses around mobile services. We believe that the launch of a mobile entrepreneurship in Rwanda project, on the model of our Mobile Entrepreneurship in Ghana may have an important impact on the number of mobile content and services offered to people, and also offer lots of new opportunities to young entrepreneurs.

Any comments on this report, on our analysis of the local situation, or on the potential of the proposed next steps will be greatly appreciated !

We will now work towards bringing together a set of potential funders for such a project.
